This Shipping Policy explains how ALAZAN ships orders placed on alazanwatches.com, including processing times, shipping timelines, costs, and international delivery information.
1) Where we ship
We ship internationally. Availability of shipping destinations may vary based on carrier coverage, local restrictions, and customs requirements.
If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@alazanwatches.com and we’ll advise if shipping is possible.
2) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or due to product availability. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
3) Shipping methods & delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates (after processing) are:

Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:

carrier delays,

weather or logistics disruptions,

incomplete/incorrect address details.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

package weight and dimensions,

5) Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

We cannot guarantee whether (or how much) your order will be charged, as these fees are outside our control.
If a shipment is returned because duties/taxes are not paid or the package is refused, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and any non-recoverable charges.
6) Address accuracy & delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@alazanwatches.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.
7) Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where tracking is provided by the carrier).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.
8) Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
A) Delayed shipments
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier inquiry.
B) Marked “delivered” but not received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check around your delivery location (mailroom, reception, safe place), and with neighbors/household members.

Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.

If still unresolved, contact us so we can assist.
C) Lost shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund depending on stock availability and circumstances).
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
9) Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@alazanwatches.com with:

your order number,

photos/videos of the damage (item and packaging).
We will assess the situation and offer a solution (replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund depending on the case).
10) Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on inventory and fulfillment. If items ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
11) Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped. If you request a cancellation after shipping, it will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
