These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of alazanwatches.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by ALAZAN (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our Site, placing an order, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country/region to use the Site.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

3) Products & information accuracy

We sell prayer time and Qibla direction watches and related accessories.

  • We try to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, product colors may appear different depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur.

  • We may correct errors (including pricing errors), update product information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate—even after you submit an order (see Section 5).

4) Prayer times & Qibla direction disclaimer

Our watches and related features may rely on location settings, time zone configuration, user calibration, and local conditions.

  • Prayer time and Qibla direction outputs are provided as helpful tools and may not be perfectly accurate in every location or situation.

  • Accuracy can be affected by incorrect device settings, travel, daylight saving changes, magnetic interference, indoor environments, local calculation preferences, or lack of calibration.

  • You are responsible for confirming settings and using reasonable judgment when relying on these features.

5) Orders, pricing, and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it (for example, by sending an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or pricing/description errors.

  • Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

6) Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers available at checkout.

  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

  • If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise disputed, we may suspend fulfillment or account access while the issue is investigated.

7) Shipping & international delivery

We ship internationally.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to pay customs/fees, or failure to collect from the carrier, you may be responsible for additional shipping/handling charges.

8) Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Your purchase may be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under our Returns and Refunds Policy found on the Site: https://alazanwatches.com/pages/returns-and-refunds.

9) Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

Prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, local taxes (including VAT/GST), or brokerage charges that may be assessed by your country or local authority. ALAZAN does not collect, remit, or determine these charges (unless explicitly stated at checkout). Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or carrier.
If you refuse to pay applicable duties/taxes or fail to complete customs requirements, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or abandoned. In such cases, ALAZAN will not be liable for any resulting loss, delay, or additional costs, and any refunds (if issued) may exclude original shipping costs and any non-recoverable fees incurred.

10) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes,

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or performance,

  • Scrape, copy, or exploit the Site content for commercial purposes without permission,

  • Submit false information, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent purchases.

All content on the Site—including text, images, product photos, logos, graphics, design, and software—is owned by or licensed to ALAZAN and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content for our business purposes (e.g., on product pages or marketing materials),

  • You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it,

  • We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

14) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • We do not make guarantees about prayer time or Qibla direction accuracy in every circumstance (see Section 4).

  • Except where required by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALAZAN and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALAZAN from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity. Sections intended to survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies posted on the Site (including a Returns Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and ALAZAN regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
