Returns and Refunds

At ALAZAN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on alazanwatches.com.

1) Returns eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and protective films (if applicable)

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, contact us and we’ll help.

2) Non-returnable items

Unless required by local law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/clearance items (marked as final sale)

  • Items returned without original packaging/accessories

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, water damage beyond rating, tampering, or unauthorized repair

  • Returns requested after the return window (14 days)

3) Exchanges

If you want an exchange (for a different model, color, or strap), please contact us first.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the replacement item costs more or less, we’ll adjust the difference accordingly

  • We may handle exchanges as a return + new order, depending on your location and shipping method

4) How to request a return

To start a return, email us at support@alazanwatches.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay or prevent processing.

5) Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item on arrival, or item damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution.

  • For returns due to change of mind, wrong selection, or sizing preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

For international returns, customers are responsible for any shipping fees and customs charges associated with sending the item back, unless the return is due to our error.

6) Condition checks & approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm it meets eligibility requirements.

If the item is not in acceptable condition, we may:

  • decline the return and send it back to you (shipping may be at your cost), or

  • offer a partial refund where permitted and appropriate.

7) Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error

  • Payment processors may take 5–10 business days (sometimes longer) to reflect the refund in your account

If you paid duties/taxes to your local customs authority, those charges are generally non-refundable by us, but you may be able to request a refund from your local customs office depending on your country’s rules.

8) Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@alazanwatches.com with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos/videos showing the issue and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case).

9) Missing deliveries / tracking issues

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  • First check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

  • Then contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.

For international deliveries, carriers and customs processing times can vary.

10) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped yet.

  • If you request cancellation after shipment, it will be treated as a return (return shipping costs may apply).

11) Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

Prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, local taxes (including VAT/GST), or brokerage charges that may be assessed by your country or local authority. ALAZAN does not collect, remit, or determine these charges (unless explicitly stated at checkout). Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or carrier.
If you refuse to pay applicable duties/taxes or fail to complete customs requirements, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or abandoned. In such cases, ALAZAN will not be liable for any resulting loss, delay, or additional costs, and any refunds (if issued) may exclude original shipping costs and any non-recoverable fees incurred.
